Return and Exchange Policy – for Hyggë Cases
We are pleased to serve you, and to ensure your satisfaction, we explain our return and exchange policy, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce:
⏳ Duration: You can request a return within 3 days or an exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Product Condition: The case must be unused, in its original packaging, without any damage or alteration in its condition.
Excludes: Products damaged as a result of misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
Shipping fees: A 27 riyal return or exchange fee will be deducted. This is a shipping service fee collected by the shipping company.
This policy is in line with the Ministry of Commerce's provisions regarding consumer rights to return and exchange.
